QING DVELOPMENT FIREARM CANNONS BANNED

Its was from then when the Qing government bagan to take importancy on science an technology with the self strengthening movement following up. However, Manchu Authorities like especially Ci Xi still were suspicious to the Han Confuacian Courteus which eventually brought the fall of the Qing Dynasty.
